Daniel Dyck Monroe, Man arrested for yelling at Frederick police

A man has been arrested for disorderly conduct after police say he randomly started yelling at officers about various art sculptures in downtown Frederick.
Frederick police say Daniel Dyck Monroe came up to officers in the 1st block of North Market Street and started yelling at them. The officers told Monroe to lower his voice several times, but he refused, police say.
Monroe is charged with disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful order to prevent a disturbance.
He is being held at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.
