Kevon Austin arrested, charged in death of Gregory Darnell Troxler

An 18-year-old Southeast man has been arrested in connection with an Oct. 10 homicide.
Kevon Austin was arrested Saturday during a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Eckington Place, NE, police say. Austin is charged in the death of 21-year-old Gregory Darnell Troxler.
Troxler died in the 1100 block of 8th Street, NE, near the Gallaudet University campus, from of a gunshot wound.
Austin is charged with murder two while armed.
The homicide was not connected to the university.
