President Barrack Obama was back in northern Virginia Friday, rallying at George Mason University for the second time in just two weeks. Speaking to a crowd of about 9,000, he accused his republican challenger of having "Romnesia."

Portraying Mitt Romney as forgetful of his past positions on tax cuts and women's issues, Obama joked that: "If you come down with a case of Romnesia ... here's the good news: Obamacare covers pre-existing conditions. We can fix you up. We've got a cure."

"He's forgetting what his own positions are - and he's betting that you will, too," Obama said. "We've got to name this condition that he's going through. I think it's called Romnesia."

In Florida, Paul Ryan hosted a roundtable for small business owners. It's a push that helped him and Mitt Romney win the endorsement of the Orlando Sentinel Friday. The Sentinel is a major Florida newspaper that supported Obama back in 2008.

"When you have chronic high unemployment, long-lasting unemployment and young people coming out of school with no opportunities we have a serial problem that needs to be fixed," said Ryan. "And it seems small biz and entrepreneurship is the critical component of that."

Romney will stay in Florida to prepare for Monday's final presidential debate. The President will study at Camp David.
