Robert Carter pleads guilty in killing of Angel Morse

A D.C. man pleaded guilty to killing his 13-year-old daughter in 2010 in northwest D.C.
Robert Carter, 41, pleaded guilty to first degree murder while armed and other charges for the Oct,. 29, 2010 slaying of Angel Morse, who he shot in the head at a residence in the 500 block of Madison Street NW, authorities say.
He also shot his then-girlfriend and a 10-year-old boy.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 11 and faces up to 60 years.
