Silver Spring pedestrian crash injures three

Two teens were struck by a vehicle along East Randolph Road in Silver Spring Wednesday morning, police say.
Montgomery County Police say a man was driving the striking vehicle and had to be extricated. The crash occurred near the Pilgrim Hill Recreation Center.
The teens and the driver were taken to a local hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries, police say.
