About 700 people are expected Monday night at a Woodbridge church for a progress report on the campaign by Virginians Organized for Interfaith Community Engagement, or VOICE. The group is pressing banks to provide hundreds of millions of dollars in Prince William County to compensate for the devastation caused by the wave of foreclosures there.

U.S. Sen. Mark Warner, D-Va., is among the elected officials expected to attend. VOICE has already secured promises from institutions like Bank Of America to pay for housing counselors in Prince William and to identify county mortgage holders who could benefit from the $25 billion National Mortgage Settlement.
