Woman sexually assaulted near Good Hope Road and Naylor Road SE
Police are searching for a suspect who sexually assaulted a woman in southeast D.C. Wednesday night.
Police say the suspect approached a woman at about 11:45 p.m. near Good Hope Road and Naylor Road. The suspect brandished a handgun, forced her into some bushes and she then lost consciousness. The suspect allegedly used a liquid substance to knock her unconscious.
When she woke, she discovered she had been sexually assaulted.
Police say the suspect is 50-60 years old, has dark complexion, a four inch bush hair style, mustache, beard and was wearing a black and red flannel shirt and blue jeans.
