Woodbridge shooting victim struck by vehicle

Prince William County police say a man was struck by a vehicle after being shot.
According to police, the man was shot in the parking lot of the Marumsco Plaza after getting involved in a fight with an acquaintance. After he was shot, the victim walked onto Bayside Avenue and was struck by a passing vehicle. Police say they don't believe the secondary incident is connected to the shooting.
No description is available on the vehicle that hit the man.
Police are investigating the vehicle accident and the shooting as two separate incidents.
