Amtrak to and from Penn Station delayed

Amtrak service to and from New York's Penn Station is experiencing a 60-90 minute delay. A power issue is to blame.

Crews say a commercial power failure involving the compressors disabled the use of track switches.

Passengers who have paid but choose not to travel Amtrak due to the delay can receive a refund or a voucher for future travel. Some reservations made online can be modified or canceled on Amtrak.com.
