D.C. workers received fraudulent unemployment benefits, report says

The D.C. unemployment scandal continues to grow.
Officials tell the Washington Examiner they now believe more than 300 city employees took nearly $2 million in unemployment benefits while they worked for the city.
Some of the workers have been fired while other have been charged, fined, and even jailed.
The city says it has managed to recover about $1 million in over-payments.
