Dead dog, wounded dog left in trash can in SE D.C.

The Washington Human Society is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible for leaving a dead dog and a severely wounded dog in a southeast D.C. trash bin.
The dogs were discovered on Nov. 25 in an alley behind 3900 S Street SE.
The dogs are believed to have been left in the trash can on the night of the 23rd of Nov. The wounded dog was unable to use her hind legs. The deceased dog had bite marks on her front right leg and a crescent moon shaped scar on her right outer thigh.
