Holiday Boat Parade of Lights on Potomac River

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) - Boats decorated in holiday lights will be floating down the Potomac River during the Holiday Boat Parade of Lights.
The parade begins at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Alexandria waterfront and ends at the Washington Channel.
Parade organizers are expecting approximately 35 boats to participate.
They'll compete for prizes in categories including "Most Spirited Crew" and "Best Spirit of America."
This is the 13th year of the parade.
