Prince William County Police charged Jeffrey Scott Davis with driving under the influence-involuntary manslaughter and not wearing a seatbelt.

He was driving on Nov. 22 in the 8500 block of Yorkshire Lane at about 10:30 p.m. when he was in a single vehicle crash.

The passenger, Roland Donald Reynolds, 25, of Manassas, wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the vehicle, authorities say. He was taken to a local hospital where he was later declared dead.
