A person was shot in the stomach during a home invasion in Northeast, police say.
At about 2:20 a.m. Wednesday, police say four people, including the victim, were home at the time of the home invasion in the 1600 block of West Virginia Avenue. Police say two armed suspects kicked in the door and demanded money, during which, one person was shot.
The victim was conscious and breathing as they were transported to the hospital, police say.
The suspects fled on foot with undisclosed items.
A lookout has been issued for two black males - police say one of the suspects was wearing a grey hoodie and blue jeans, and the other was wearing a black skull cap.
