Media mogul Oprah Winfrey revealed during O, The Oprah Magazine’s annual conference last month that she had a breast cancer scare.

The New York Times reports that Winfrey didn’t share many details, other than saying it had been a false alarm and that’s she’s in good health.

Apparently, the news was a shock to the audience and to Oprah’s best friend, Gayle King.

One woman on stage reportedly noticed King’s surprise and even chided Oprah for not telling her friend in private. The woman also asked Oprah to apologize.
