Police: Man stabbed in neck on Queen St., NE

Police say a man was conscious and breathing after he was stabbed in the neck Friday.

A black man wearing black clothes is sought for the alleged stabbing. He was last seen on West Virginia Ave., NE.
Police say it happened just before 3 p.m. in the 1100 block of Queen St., NE.
