Redskins training camp: Richmond council unanimously approves deal

After days of negotiations, the Richmond City Council unanimously approved an economic development package that includes a new training camp facility for the Washington Redskins.
The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports the city’s mayor hopes the facility will be completed by July.
Bon Secours Richmond Health System had agreed to be the major sponsor of the training camp, which will be built on land behind the Science Museum of Virginia, the Times-Dispatch reports. The land would then be leased from the state
