Stephen Colbert tapped to address University of Virginia 2013 graduates

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) - Comedian Stephen Colbert will be the keynote speaker for the University of Virginia's 2013 valedictory exercises.
The university announced Colbert's appearance Monday.
Colbert's wife, Evelyn McGee Colbert, is an alumna of U.Va.'s College of Arts & Sciences.
The valediction ceremony will be held May 18 on the Lawn on the Charlottesville campus. During the ceremony, members of the Class of 2013 will present the class gift and university awards, and pay tribute to their time at the university.
