Teen charged with starting fire at Glen Burnie High School

A 15-year-old Glen Burnie student has been arrested and charged with setting a fire in a high school bathroom.
Anne Arundel County fire crews were called to Glen Burnie High School Tuesday around 9:35 a.m. for a fire in the men's bathroom. A staff member discovered the small trash can fire.
Investigators identified the teen as a suspect, and he was charged with first degree arson, second degree malicious burning and reckless endangerment.
He was released into the custody of a grandparent.
