Waldorf fatal shooting: Suspect description released
WALDORF, Md. (AP) - The Charles County sheriff's office is asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect in the fatal shooting of a woman.
A $15,000 reward has also been offered. The shooting occurred Friday.
Police say a man and a woman were walking their dog along a foot path when they were shot by a man.
The woman died of her injuries; the man was seriously wounded.
The Washington Post reports that police describe the suspect as a black man with a light complexion, in his early 20s, about 6 feet tall with a slim build and short, curly hair.
