'Jingle All the Way' street closures affect downtown Washington

WASHINGTON (AP) - Officials in the District of Columbia say drivers should be prepared for street closures ahead of a holiday race.
Sunday's "Jingle All the Way" 8k begins at 9 a.m. in downtown Washington. Street closures will include parts of Pennsylvania Avenue, Independence Avenue and 3rd Street.
Street closures will begin at 4 a.m. and last until noon.
