495 eastbound inner loop tractor trailer accident causes delays

A tractor trailer accident along the eastbound inner loop of 495 at MD355 in Rockville has closed two lanes and caused delays Friday morning.
Maryland State Police are on the scene of the accident, where they say the tractor trailer crashed into a guardrail. There were no injuries reported.
