WASHINGTON (AP) - D.C. police say three men were shot outside a nightclub in the district's popular U Street corridor.
Police say the shooting occurred early Monday morning outside Indulj Restaurant and Lounge in the 1200 block of U Street, Northwest.
Police say the victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries. One man was shot in the back, one was shot in the leg and one was shot in the shoulder.
Police Chief Cathy Lanier ordered the club closed for a 96-hour period beginning at 6 p.m. Monday. A police spokeswoman says the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration will make a decision about the club's future operations.
