December 8, 2012 - 12:36 pm
UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (AP) - A man who barricaded himself inside a Prince George's County home surrendered without incident Saturday morning.
Police say the man was armed with a shotgun inside the Upper Marlboro home.
A police spokeswoman said the suspect was alone inside the home in the 11900 block of Berrybrook Terrace. Officers were first called to the home for a family dispute just before 2 a.m. Saturday and evacuated all the other occupants.
The spokeswoman says it is unclear whether the man lives at the home. Police did not release his name or age.
