Redskins' London Fletcher's family involved in fight in Cleveland
Following the Washington Redskins’ win on Sunday night, linebacker London Fletcher had little time to celebrate.
Following the game, there was an altercation between several members of the Fletcher family, according to a family member,the ABC affiliate in Cleveland reported. Cleveland police used stun guns during the incident, the family said.
The incident resulted in the arrest of three of Fletcher’s family members, the station reported.
Nita Ashford, a Cleveland school teacher and a relative of Fletcher, told NewsChannel5 that her family was attacked by angry Browns fans as the family left Sunday's game.
During the attack, Fletcher's aunt, 57-year-old-Evette Robinson, suffered a heart attack and was rushed to MetroHealth Medical Center, the station reported.
