Darnell Rivers killed in Southeast Ayers Place shooting

A man died after he was shot Saturday night in the 5000 block of Ayers Place in Southeast D.C.
The victim, identified as 22-year-old Darnell Rivers, was shot at about 7:45 p.m. Two other victims were wounded by gunfire. They were located at a local hospital later and did not suffer life threatening injuries.
No suspects have been arrested yet.
