January 24, 2013 - 08:52 am
Two suspects have been arrested for their alleged roles in the Wednesday night shooting death of a 30-year-old Anne Arundel County man in Annapolis, authorities say.
Annapolis Police officials say that William Chase, a 19-year-old man from Captiol Heights, and Charles Spriggs, 25, of Annapolis, are facing multiple murder and assault charges in the killing of Howard Durley.
Durley was shot and killed at about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday in t he 1900 block of Copeland Street in Annapolis. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials do not believe Durley's murder was random and said in a release that the crime may be in connection to a dispute over a woman.
