Arlington pedestrian accident leaves man critical

A man is in critical condition after he was hit by a car in Arlington, police say.
It happened Wednesday evening near Kenmore Middle School. Police say the man has significant head trauma and was taken to Fairfax Trauma.
The driver stayed on scene and was also taken to the hospital for glass in their eyes.
