BET Honors in D.C. will lead to road closures in the city

There will be several road closures Thursday through Saturday in D.C. due to the 2013 BET Honors, which will be held at the Warner Theatre.

The following streets will be closed starting Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 12:01 am to Sunday January 13, 2013 at 2:00 am:

• East and West curb lanes of 12th Street, NW between E Street and F Street, NW
• North curb lane of E Street, NW between 12th and 13th Street, NW
• East curb lane of 13th Street, NW between E Street and F Street, NW

The following streets will be closed starting January 12, 2013 starting at 12:01 am to Sunday, January 13, 2013 at 2:00 am:

• E Street, NW between 12th and 13th Streets, NW

Motorists traveling in the area of this event may experience delays and should consider alternative routes if possible.
