Dumfries power outage: About 1,500 Dominion customers without power

About 1,500 Dominion customers in Dumfries are still without power because of a crash at Route 1 and Old State Coach Road.
Power has also been restored to Dumfries Elementary School.
Originally 4,800 customers were without power just after 11:00 a.m.
