A 30-year-old woman was jogging last night along Briarwood Court in Annandale when, police say, a man grabbed her.

This time, it happened in an area nestled just off 495 in Fairfax County.

The victim yelled and the attacker ran away.

A neighbor says he thought he heard something near his apartment. That neighbor also says he didn't call police because he didn't take it seriously then.

Police say this is the 15th time a woman has been groped. The other incidents occurred in December and earlier in the fall in Springfield.

In the latest incident, the suspect was wearing a green fleece jacket like before. Several other times he was seen wearing a red baseball cap.
