I-95 southbound crash cleared, still causing some delays

A car crash on southbound I-95 at VA-286 has been cleared and all lanes are now open.
The crash, at Fairfax County Parkway at Exit 166, is still causing some delays that are slowly dissipating.
Virginia State Police said that they were called to the scene at 6:44 am. A minivan ran into the rear of a 3-axle truck. The driver of the minivan died at the scene.
State police are still investigating the cause of the crash and in the process of notifying the next of kin of the deceased.
