Inauguration 2013: Inauguration parking a concern for some

The inauguration brings more of something people on Capitol Hill say they already have more than enough of - cars.

Believe it or not, some people have already started to look for a parking space.
Come Monday, finding a spot will be a major quest.
Parking Panda, a website that helps you reserve a parking spot in advance, is swamped with requests for help.
But not everyone is worried about the congestion that accompanies the inauguration.
Some long-time Hill residents just take the influx that comes with big events in stride.
