Jeffery Reagan pleads guilty to dealing steroids
January 10, 2013 - 04:35 pm
FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) - A former high school football coach in Fairfax County has pleaded guilty to dealing steroids.
The Washington Post reports that 44-year-old Jeffery Reagan faces up to 10 years in prison after Thursday's guilty plea in Fairfax County court.
Reagan coached from 2007 through 2011 at South County High School. He was being evaluated for a job on the coaching staff at West Springfield around the time of his June arrest.
Police said at the time of the arrest that they had no evidence that Reagan supplied steroids to players. The charges followed a months-long investigation in which Reagan arranged a deal with an undercover police officer.
