Los Angeles possible armed robbery, hostage situation

There is a possible armed robbery and hostage situation in Westchester, California, the Los Angeles ABC affiliate reported Friday morning.
The Los Angeles Police Department is on the scene of the possible robbery at a Nordstrom Rack—there is believed to be at least one hostage inside the store, the ABC affiliate reported.
The call was first received around 11:20 p.m. at the store in the Promenade at Howard Hughes Center.
When officers arrived, they saw what they believed were two possibly armed men and a hostage inside the store. They believe there may be multiple employees inside the building.
The area has been closed down, reports say.
