Arlington County Police announced Thursday that it finished its investigation into Patrick Moran, who was being investigated after a secretly-recorded video surfaced showing Patrick Moran discussing casting ballots fraudulently with a conservative activist.

At the time, Patrick Moran was the director of field operations for his father’s election campaign.
