The Ravens are heading to the Super Bowl, but if you'd like to join them inside the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on Super Bowl Sunday, you will have to reach deep into your wallet.

Prior to the AFC and NFC championship games, the average ticket price on the secondary market was $3,000. In the few days since the Ravens and 49ers punched their tickets to New Orleans, the average ticket price has risen to over $3,700.

If you're looking for the cheapest ticket just to get inside the building, you can find one for just over $1,800. Want the best seat available? Hopefully you have close to $6,000 laying in between the couch cushions. If you really want to watch the game in style, you and 29 friends can spring for a 30-person suit and it will only cost you $315,000.

While the prices may seem outrageous, they are actually 12 percent lower than the average ticket on the resale market for last year's Super Bowl. That fact hasn't been much consolation for San Francisco fans as many are choosing to watch the game from home because they can't afford to pay the escalating price for tickets.

There are currently more than 3,000 tickets available on the secondary market so the average price could rise even higher as the quantity diminishes.
