Updated: January 15, 2013 - 03:09 pm
A man has been charged for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenage girl outside a Woodbridge library last week.
David Sullivan, 27, was arrested three days after the alleged assault. He was found near Featherstone Plaza in Woodbridge.
On Jan. 11, a 14-year-old girl told police she was standing outside the Potomac Library around 5:20 p.m. and was approached from behind.
Police say Sullivan started talking to the girl and then sexually assaulted her. The girl received a phone call and Sullivan left.
The library was closed at the time.
Sullivan faces a string of charges including aggravated sexual assault and indecent exposure. He is being held without bond.
