Timothy Wait's body found behind Stafford Co. GEICO building

The body found in a wooded area behind the GEICO building in Stafford County has been identified.

The Stafford County Sheriff's Office says two juveniles found the body of Timothy Wait on Warrenton Road on Dec. 31. Wait, 45, was reported missing by his wife on May 12, 2011.

Two days before he was reported missing, Wait was last seen walking in the area of Mine Road Commuter lot. Authorities say he left his home after a disagreement with his wife.

The sheriff's office says an autopsy determined Wait was not a victim of foul play.
