Tractor trailer accident on NB 95 causes delays
January 18, 2013 - 09:31 am
A tractor trailer accident on northbound I-95 at MD-216 is causing substantial delays.
It is taking an estimated over 20 minutes to get from the beltway to MD-216 due to the incident. Maryland State Police said that the accident involved a tractor trailer that was parked on the side of the road and a Nissan sedan. For unknown reasons, the Nissan drove into the rear of the parked tractor trailer.
There was one person inside the Nissan, who was removed from the vehicle and transported to Baltimore Shock Trauma—injuries do not appear to be life threatening, police say.
