Watch: RGIII crashes press conference
ASHBURN, Va. (AP) - Robert Griffin III hardly looks uptight as he prepares for his first NFL playoff game.
The Washington Redskins rookie quarterback crashed Mike Shanahan's news conference Wednesday, asking the coach: "What did you do for New Year's?"
Shanahan answered that he was putting together a game plan for Sunday's matchup against the Seattle Seahawks.
The coach added: "I wasn't sure how healthy you were, so it was hard without you calling me."
Griffin was also smiling and laughing with teammates in the locker room.
As for his sprained right knee, he says he's almost to the point where the brace he's wearing bothers him more than the injury itself.
