BWI shuttle bus overturns, three injured
February 10, 2013 - 11:23 am
LINTHICUM, Md. (AP) - Fire officials say three people were hurt when an airport shuttle bus crashed near Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.
WJZ-TV reports that the crash occurred Sunday morning at Route 170 and Terminal Road. The bus ran into a poll that supports wires that power the light rail.
MTA officials say light rail service will be delayed while damage to the tracks is repaired.
Two people were taken to hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. Another person refused treatment at the scene.
