Dwayne Hilton accused in 2011 D.C. homicide

Police in D.C. have arrested a 21-year-old Northeast man in connection with a 2011 murder.

On Nov. 26, 2011, officers were called to the 1200 block of Simms Place NE and found 18-year-old Mico Briscoe and another person suffering from gunshot wounds. Briscoe later died from his injuries.

Detectives arrested Dwayne Hilton for the crime Monday. Hilton is charged with first degree murder while armed.
