Fairfax foster families take in 58 puppies from North Carolina puppy mill

Dozens of puppies have been rescued from deplorable conditions in a puppy mill in North Carolina.
Tonight they arrived Virginia and now some Fairfax foster families are taking care of them.
ABC7's Autria Godfrey has the story and shows us some adorable puppies.
