Geraldine McIntyre found suffering inside home, dies

Police are investigating the death of an elderly Capitol Heights woman.
Police say Geraldine McIntyre was found inside her home Saturday afternoon around 2:30 p.m. suffering from trauma to her body. The 71-year-old died at a local hospital.
A suspect is described as a black man between 30 and 45 years old. Police say he's between 5'7 and 5'9 with a slim build and dark complexion. He may have been wearing a dark brown or black leather jacket, black skull cap, black pants and may have been carrying a black bag.
A $25,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest.
Anyone with information should call police.
