Izamar Caramona-Pacheco's October death ruled a homicide
February 19, 2013 - 06:35 pm
A woman’s October 2012 drowning has been ruled a homicide, and her boyfriend, who committed suicide three days after her death, has been named a suspect.
Izamar Caramona-Pacheco’s death was Leesburg's only homicide in 2012. Police say the 20-year-old from Mexico was found dead in a bedroom in a home on Edwards Ferry Road in late October.
Her boyfriend, Yosmil Mombla Gonzales, was found hanging from a tree on the Goose Creek Golf Course days later. The Cuba native lived at the home where Caramona-Pacheco was found dead.
Relatives say the couple had a volatile relationship.
