James Brown, 23, accused in the death of Darnell Rivers

MPD officers have arrested a 23-year-old Southeast man in connection with the Dec. 2012 death of Darnell Rivers.
Rivers of Southeast was found dead in the 5000 block of Ayers Place SE on Dec. 29, 2012. Two other men were also injured in the shooting, but they survived their injuries.
On Jan. 31, police arrested Southeast resident James Brown. He is charged with first degree murder.
