Kimberly Elaine Smith arrested for allegedly killing Charles Blyther

Police arrested a 28-year-old woman for allegedly killing a man in Oxon Hill who was arguing with the suspect’s mother.

Kimberly Elaine Smith is charged with second degree murder and other charges for allegedly killing Charles Blyther, Jr., on Thursday night.

Police say Smith admitted to stabbing Blyther while Blyther was arguing with Smith’s mother. Blyther and Smith’s mother were in a relationship.
