Linsey Hardwick, Ryan Williams charged with killing Jovaughn Johnson

Two people were arrested Tuesday and charged in connection with a December murder in Loudon County.

Police arrested Ryan Williams, 32, and Linsey Hardwick, 23, and charged both with first degree murder. They charged with killing Jovaughn Johnson on Dec. 27.

Johnson was found dead in his vehicle near Great Trail Terrace and Trail Run Terrace in Sterling.
