February 4, 2013 - 09:39 pm
GLEN BURNIE, Md. (AP) - Anne Arundel County Police have arrested a man they say pulled over a motorist in Glen Burnie while impersonating a police officer.
Twenty-three-year-old Zachary Butler of Arnold was charged with impersonating a police officer and numerous traffic offenses.
The Capital of Annapolis reports that police say officers saw a black Ford Crown Victoria with a red emergency light flashing pulled into a convenience store parking lot about 2:15 a.m. Sunday. Authorities say the car was pulling over a vehicle driven by a woman. Officers say that the Ford was not a police vehicle.
